My work is centered around Somatic Experiencing® (SE)—a powerful, body-based approach to healing trauma and restoring nervous system regulation. Whether you're navigating the impact of developmental trauma, chronic stress, or overwhelming life transitions, SE offers a path toward deep healing through attunement to bodily sensations, rather than just cognitive insight.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing nervous system dysregulation resulting from trauma, chronic illness, early attachment disruptions, and long-term stress. I also support those seeking to deepen their creative, spiritual, or professional development as part of their healing journey.
For over 25 years, I’ve supported people from all walks of life—including executives, leaders, and high-performing professionals—who face the intense demands of fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Chronic stress in these roles can lead to exhaustion, burnout, autoimmune conditions, and persistent pain. Through SE and other somatic modalities, I help clients build sustainable resilience, regulate their stress response, and reconnect with vitality and purpose.
How I Work
My approach integrates neuroscience-informed somatic psychology, advanced bodywork techniques, and mindfulness-based awareness practices. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that the body holds deep intelligence—and that healing unfolds when we learn to listen to it with care.
Since opening my practice in 1995 in Palo Alto, California, I’ve remained committed to offering body-based techniques that support emotional regulation, postural ease, and nervous system balance.
