A Brad Beldner SEP, GCFT, NCMBT
I’ve been helping people heal from complex, developmental, and shock trauma for over 25 years. My private practice began in 1995 in Palo Alto, California, where I was born and raised.
I trained in Somatic Experiencing® (SE) from 2000 to 2004, completing my Advanced year with Dr. Peter Levine, the founder of SE. Since 2006, I’ve served as an assistant teacher with Somatic Experiencing International and currently provide personal sessions and consultations for SE students as part of their certification process.
My work is deeply rooted in SE, and I also draw from an extensive background in other somatic and psychotherapeutic modalities, including:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
The Feldenkrais Method®
Hakomi
Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP)
NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM)
NeuroAffective Touch
Kathy Kain’s Somatic Touch Skills
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Myofascial Therapies
I also work with high-performing professionals and executives navigating intense personal and professional demands. My approach supports nervous system regulation in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, helping clients stay grounded, clear, and resilient—so they can thrive rather than just cope.
In addition, I have in-depth training in polyvagal theory and work with the ventral and dorsal vagal systems to support deeper nervous system regulation—especially when clients are working at the edges of what SE alone can access.
I provide personalized guidance tailored to your unique journey, integrating the latest in body-based healing methods, somatic psychology, and wisdom traditions to help you restore connection, build resilience, and navigate life with greater clarity and choice.
I offer private sessions, classes, and consultations to clients across the U.S. and worldwide.
